Our Omakase Kaiseki (tasting) menu crafted by Chef Daisuke Igarashi features the finest seasonal ingredients including carefully, selected highest quality fish. The grace of the seasons percolates the dining experience to evoke a refined harmony of aromas and tastes.
The full omakase kaiseki menu progresses through 10 seasonal courses, followed by soba, rice, dessert and matcha.
